About the Role

Description

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by carefully crafting each plate in accordance with recipes and orders. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and team work skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the prep station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
  • Prepare dishes according to customer orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized station and follow prep lists accurately
  • Work efficiently during service while communicating clearly with the team.
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and closing duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience required
  • Strong knife skills and working knowledge of classic techniques
  • A calm, focused presence during busy services
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow — we teach and promote from within
  • Comfortable with both prep and line service duties


Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
  • Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height
