</div><div><strong>Job Description: </strong></div><div>Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Seminole, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience at our Spa is nothing short of <strong>outstanding</strong>!<br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul>
<li>Meet membership sales goals and maintain a minimum conversion percentage of 15% </li>
<li>Attend all Membership Training/webinars.</li>
<li>Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff.</li>
<li>Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa.</li>
<li> Manage spa sales performance.</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of the menu of services.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships.</li>
<li>Capable of working flexible hours.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. </li>
<li>Uphold spa cleanliness standards.</li>
<li>Bring a positive and energetic attitude.</li>
<li>Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.</li>
<li>Perform various other duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>
<li>Must be 18 years old or older</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be exceptionally organized and have excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Management experience 2+ years (preferred)</li>
<li>Sales experience 3+years </li>
