Job Description

We are seeking a polished and motivated Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, enjoys working directly with clients, and can maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting daily operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring that every client receives outstanding service and a positive experience with Beloform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-up.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, objectives, and expectations.

  • Provide guidance, support, and detailed information to clients throughout all stages of their engagement.

  • Manage inquiries, appointments, and ongoing client communication with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Assist in preparing documentation, updates, and reports as needed.

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in service quality and client satisfaction.
