We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director (APAC), based in Singapore, who is a hands on leader, able to build, grow, and motivate a high performing sales team, while also being hands on on deals. 

This person will own revenue, shape the regional GTM motion, hire and coach the team to excellence, and personally drive initial key deals.


Requirements

1. Enterprise Sales & Leadership Experience

  • 7+ years in enterprise sales; 3+ years leading AEs in ENT cycles
  • Track record scaling in APAC markets (Singapore,China, Japan, Korea, SEA), to team of 4+ AEs
  • Proven ability to close $500k–$1M+ deals and guide POVs/POCs

2. Hands-On Sales and Customer Leadership

  • Willingness to operate in “player/coach” mode when needed
  • Must personally lead early lighthouse deals until scale
  • Builds strong, long-lasting customer relationships

3. Talent Builder & Culture Champion

  • Strong hiring ability; recruits/scales top-performing enterprise teams
  • Structured coaching: discovery, qualification, messaging, MEDDPICC
  • Builds a culture of performance, accountability, and honesty

4. Outbound Pipeline and Hunting ability

  • Drives AE outbound pie-gen and models outbound excellence
  • Partners x-functionally to gather resources for pipe-gen
  • Iterates and refines the Ideal Customer Profile for APAC

5. Operational Excellence & Predictable Execution

  • Comfortable in a startup environment (high pace and ambiguity)
  • Enforces high standards for hygiene, qualification, and forecasting
  • Leads a consistent operating rhythm: deal reviews, forecast calls, QBRs

6. Other Requirements

  • Based in Singapore, with 50–70% travel across APAC
  • Fluent English; a second APAC language is a strong plus
  • Plus: Experience selling into Maritime, Industrial, or Operations
  • Plus: experienced with MEDDPICC or Playbook execution
