About the Role

[What the role is]

As a support staff, your role is to provide College-level essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the department.

[What you will be working on]

·       Provide day-to-day College-level administrative support, including updating the college calendar, managing mail and courier services, and handling procurement, distribution, and payments for office supplies, equipment, and services;

·       Manage College-level staff-related matters such as staff movement records, email groupings, and administration of staff benefits;

·       Ensure office and pantry supplies and equipment are well-stocked, maintained, and in good working order; and

·       Coordinate logistics and provide event support for departmental projects and college-wide events.

[What we are looking for]

·       Possess at least more than 2 years of relevant work experience.

·       Meticulous, able to multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Demonstrate good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

·       IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.

·       Event management experience would be an advantage.
