Job Summary

We are seeking a temporary administrative support professional to assist with housing code violations and compliance. This role will focus on clerical, tracking, and coordination tasks to support the compliance team and help manage workload. 

 

What You’ll Do:

· Track and update violation data using Microsoft Excel and violations tracking software.

· Prepare, organize, scan, and digitally upload violation-related paperwork.

· Send certified letters regarding violations and official notices.

· Communicate with residents to arrange property access for inspections or repairs.

· Contact vendors and schedule maintenance or compliance-related appointments.

· Maintain organized records of communications, appointments, and completed tasks.

· Mail violation notices and related correspondence.

· Provide general administrative support to the compliance team as needed.

Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SiteCompli a plus.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

· Reliable, punctual, and professional.

· Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or office administration preferred.
