ABOUT US: Ascensus Global, Inc. (formerly MultiLingual Solutions, Inc.) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 21 years of successful experience providing professional language services, foreign language and cultural training, and analysis support to a broad client base consisting of more than 40 U.S. military and intelligence customers, as well as over 2,000 civilian government, commercial and non-profit organizations in various fields. With ISO 9001:2015 and 17100:2015 certifications, AGI provides services in more than 100 languages, employing innovative technologies and methodologies and applying best practices from both the Government and commercial arenas to advance each customer’s unique communication and operational objectives throughout the U.S. and across the globe. 


POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is actively seeking SIGINT Training Developers/Instructors for an upcoming effort supporting a government customer. This work will be performed at government facilities in Georgia, Hawaii, and Texas. This position is pending contract award.

 LOCATION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Georgia – Network Exploitation Target Analysis (NETA) and Target Development Network Analyst (TDNA)
  • Hawaii – NETA, Analyst Skills (ANSK), Reporting (RPTG), Geographic Information and Spacial Analysis (GISA)
  • Texas – NETA, RPTG, ANSK and Target Analyst/Reporter (TAR)
  • Maryland - All courses

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and teach cryptologic materials/content to mirror SIGINT analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet DoD and customer training requirements.
  • Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives, and level of materials.
  • Assist in the prioritization of requirements for training development.
  • Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific resources for relevant, authentic content.
  • Develop training materials to include task-based exercises, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development, and documentation of domain-specific training materials.
  • Employ technology (ex. Audacity, Adobe C5S, Adobe Premier) in developing training materials for learning that combine blended delivery modes such as online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology, and self-paced instruction.
  • Collaborate with SIGINT Operations technical experts as well as other Government and Contractor instructors and developers to obtain and develop training materials.
  • Develop practical evaluations to test the student’s mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives.
  • Identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery.
  • Team with other Government, contract instructors, and developers.
  • Ability to demonstrate required skills through work-related tasks in accordance with Government guidance.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:  TS/SCI with polygraph is required. 


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Intelligence, Education, Educational Technology, Instructional System Design (ISD), or other directly related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience including: Three (3) years SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience directly related to the field/courses taught; and two (2) years of experience, within the last six (6) years, of applied practical experience developing, documenting and/or updating basic, intermediate, or advanced course materials following the principles of ISD AND experience teaching the specified discipline(s) to adult learners. 
  • In lieu of the relevant bachelor's degree: four (4) additional years of applied, practical experience in the education, instructional design or applicable analysis fields for a total of nine (9) years' work experience may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Previous experience using blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, reading, and case studies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • 8-hour shifts or as required by the customer in government facilities. Telework is not allowed.  

PAY RANGE:

Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000 a year 

Ascensus Global (AGI) pay range and level are general guidelines for this job. Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, determine the final salary.
