About the Role
<p><strong><strong>Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at $18/hr, with higher compensation available for candidates with meaningful experience!</strong></strong></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3><p>✔ <strong>Manage patient scheduling</strong> for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using dental scheduling software (<strong>Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental</strong>).<br>✔ <strong>Handle check-ins and check-outs</strong>, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed correctly.<br>✔ <strong>Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries</strong> about treatments, office policies, and appointment availability.<br>✔ <strong>Maintain accurate patient records</strong> in the dental management system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.<br>✔ <strong>Coordinate with the team</strong> (dentists, dental assistants, and treatment coordinators) to ensure smooth patient flow.<br>✔ <strong>Confirm appointments</strong> and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.<br>✔ <strong>Keep the front office organized and welcoming</strong>, ensuring a professional and friendly patient experience.<br></p><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><p>✔ <strong>High school diploma or equivalent.</strong><br>✔ <strong>Experience as a dental receptionist</strong> or in a similar administrative role (preferred).<br>✔ <strong>Proficiency in dental office software</strong> (<strong>Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental</strong>).<br>✔ <strong>Strong communication and customer service skills</strong>, with a patient-first attitude.<br>✔ <strong>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities</strong> to manage a busy front office.<br>✔ <strong>Ability to work collaboratively</strong> while independently handling patient interactions.<br></p><ul></ul>
