This structured, paid apprenticeship is designed for motivated individuals who want to learn from top-producing professionals and build a long-term career in mortgage lending.

You’ll work directly with a leading loan officer team, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to real mortgage leads. Whether you’re working remotely or in-office, you’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with clients about the mortgage approval process, qualifications, and programs
• Coordinate with our team to complete loan files.
• Manage a client database to generate applications—no cold calling required.
• Attend weekly team trainings and participate in a variety of industry education sessions.
• Learn the full mortgage process from lead to close in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Availability: Immediate. Must obtain NMLS license required before start, contact for details. 

Basic Standards:

• Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
• Finance and/or client relationship background preferred, but not required
• Ability to work with cloud based technologies, web platforms and MS Office products, outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
• Ability to pass background and compliance testing, as well as licensing testing
• Basic mathematical skills required, advanced mathematical abilities helpful
