About the Role
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Florida
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a Florida school district to identify a motivated and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist for the current academic year. This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting student communication skills that enhance learning, participation, and social connection.
In this role, you will serve as an integral member of the Exceptional Student Education (ESE) team, delivering speech and language services to students with a wide range of communication needs. You will be responsible for evaluating students, designing and carrying out individualized intervention plans, and working collaboratively with teachers, families, and related service providers to support meaningful student growth.
Role Responsibilities:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Florida.

- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Partner with families and school staff to promote skill carryover across settings.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Complete speech and language evaluations and prepare thorough, compliant reports.
- Work alongside educators to embed communication supports into classroom instruction.
- Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with district, state, and federal requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.
