Executive Assistant to CEO

XTEND is looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the company’s CEO in operational and organizational aspects of day-to-day work.
This is a support-focused role centered on documentation, follow-up, coordination, and execution requiring strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, attend relevant meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure effective follow-up and execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with the CEO and document meeting summaries, decisions, and action items
- Track action items, commitments, and tasks, and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders based on the CEO’s direction
- Assist in preparing materials and information for meetings and discussions
- Support organization of priorities and ongoing tasks
- Work closely with the CEO’s Personal Assistant (PA) to ensure clear ownership, coordination, and smooth execution
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, reliability, and professionalism
Requirements
- Experience working with senior management or leadership
- Fluent in Hebrew and English speaking, reading, and writing (required)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong execution abilities
- Proficiency in Office tools / Microsoft Outlook
- Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment
Nice to Have:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in task tracking, coordination
- Experience in a tech, startup, or global environment
