Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of SkillBridge Academy by supporting strategic marketing initiatives and enhancing our outreach to potential students and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Support market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and promotional materials

  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results

  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and workshops to strengthen our brand presence

 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing strategies and tools

  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles and digital tools is a plus
