About the Role

What You'll Do:

Criteo Retail Media enables retailers to monetize their digital properties by connecting brands with high-intent shoppers close to the point of purchase. As Retail Media continues to scale across Europe, we are expanding our Client Success team to support growth across Benelux & Nordics. 

Retail Media sits at the intersection of commerce, advertising and data, requiring strong analytical thinking combined with commercial and technical execution. 

As a Client Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of retail partners across Benelux & Nordics and support the growth and adoption of Criteo’s Retail Media solutions. 

You will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, focusing on day-to-day execution, performance analysis and client satisfaction.

 

Client & Commercial Management:

  • Manage ongoing relationships with retail partners across Benelux & Nordics. 

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention and adoption of Retail Media solutions. 

  • Support revenue growth through inventory expansion, optimization and product adoption. 

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and operational follow-ups. 

  • Prepare and contribute to data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews. 

Analytics & Performance :

  • Monitor and analyze Retail Media performance across products and placements. 

  • Identify trends, performance issues and optimization opportunities using data. 

  • Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. 

  • Support pacing, forecasting and performance tracking for your client portfolio. 

  • Build analyses and basic case studies to support commercial discussions. 

Technical & Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate onboarding, integrations and new placements with Technical Solutions and Product teams. 

  • Support troubleshooting of performance or integration issues. 

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Analytics, Product, Finance, Legal) to ensure program health. 

  • Act as an internal point of contact for client feedback and operational needs. 

  • Escalate complex commercial or technical topics to senior stakeholders where needed. 

Who You Are:

  • Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, eCommerce or performance advertising. 

  • Fluent in Dutch

  • Strong interest in data, analytics and performance-driven business models. 

  • Comfortable working with data and reporting. 

  • Able to interpret performance results and explain them clearly to clients and internal teams. 

  • Structured, organized and able to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment. 

  • Ability to leverage business accumen to influence commercial decisions. 

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working in an international context. 

  • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions.
