The Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Team Lead to guide and build a team of Product Managers. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, helping us build the next generation of AI-powered AdTech solutions. You will not just manage a backlog; you will shape the vision for how publishers optimize their revenue and how advertisers reach their audiences. You will mentor a talented team, collaborate closely with our Data and Development teams, and ensure our product stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of product excellence, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for our product. Translate company goals into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration. Ensure we deliver high-value features that solve real problems for our clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Tech and Product Design teams to build scalable, valuable features. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market needs and close feedback loops.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize our massive dataset (billions of ad impressions analyzed monthly) to identify new opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AdTech trends (e.g., identity solutions, programmatic changes) and competitor movements to ensure Browsi remains the market leader.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced product environments with frequent releases (e.g., weekly deployments). Comfortable prioritizing, making trade-offs, and delivering under pressure while maintaining high quality.
- AdTech Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (Programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, Prebid, etc.) is highly preferred.
- PLG Mindset: Proven experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies, focusing on driving adoption, engagement, and retention through the product itself.
- Design Knowledge: Background in UX/UI principles for complex dashboards.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to communicate with engineers and data scientists. You are comfortable discussing APIs, AI/ML models, and data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: You can see the big picture and prioritize ruthlessly to deliver the highest impact.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You can tell a compelling product story to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
