About the Role

Description

Property Management: The purpose of the Resident Stipend (RS) is to recognize the importance of resident involvement in creating a positive living environment and in actively participating in the overall mission of public housing. The RS will ensure the overall smooth operation of the community on a day-to-day basis.

  • Monitor & Report: Track community metrics and provide insights to continuously improve our approach.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday flexible part-time hours.
  • Benefits: We offer holidays off.
  • Compensation: $300 per month plus a free unit and paid utilities.
