Sky Grill Cashier/Server

Starting Rate: $11.70 an hour + tips
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. To work cash drawer and be held responsible for cash shortages
2. To keep Sky Grill clean and organized at all times.
3. Take orders and deliver orders in a timely, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
4. To keep Sky Grill clean and organized at all times.
5. Stock all food and paper supplies.
6. Work side by side with team members.
7. Provides friendly, fast and efficient service.
8. Report to work on time, on scheduled days in proper uniform.
9. Follow all P & Ps set forth by the gaming establishment.
10. Serve menu items according to casinos recipe standard.
11. Show in appointed uniform
12. Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE: Great customer service skills, Be able to count change back to a customer

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and secondhand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
