About the Role
abra is seeking an IT Technician for a diverse and challenging role that includes technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to company employees – computers, peripheral equipment, and software
- Installation, maintenance, and updating of operating systems and applications
- Handling and resolving hardware and software issues
- Working with servers, backup systems, and communication networks
- Documenting issues and solutions in a service desk/ticketing system
Requirements
- PC Technician certification - (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCITP)
- At least two years of experience as a PC Technician
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user equipment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge and experience in networking – an advantage
- High level of service orientation
- Ability for self-learning and proactive mindset (“can-do attitude”)
- Ability to work under pressure
