Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to payment solutions, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Educate clients on available payment options and assist them in navigating our services.
  • Document all client interactions in our systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on payment processing trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or payment solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with technology and comfortable using various digital tools.
