About the Role
主要职责:
1、保证客户订单及时、准确地得到处理；
2、及时响应客户需求，与客户保持紧密沟通；
3、需求数据分析并协调改善；
4、处理客户订单发运操作相关事务；
5、负责与顾客联络做好服务工作，协助主管跟踪客户抱怨和投诉，组织客户满意度调查；
6、确保按流程执行并完成上级安排的其他任务。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、熟悉订单管理及SIOP相关流程，沟通协调能力较强；
3、办公软件熟练，具备一定的数据分析能力；
4、细心、认真、负责。
