About this Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our team at Duve. This full-time, on-site position in Ramat Gan focuses on prospecting new business and plays a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the hospitality sector.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting efforts.
  • Experience with cold calling, sequence creation, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Experience with intent software is a plus.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to company growth.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Research and connect with decision-makers to understand their needs and communicate Duve's solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
