Are you interested in working in challenging and versatile Summer Trainee tasks in project management and coordination?
As a Project management and coordination summer trainee, you will have the opportunity to support our project teams and learn how global delivery projects are managed. Your tasks will include managing and coordinating subcontracting agreements, ensuring contracts are up to date and shared with the right stakeholders. You will assist in pricing processes by preparing and checking cost estimates to keep projects on schedule and within budget. In addition, you will help finalize documentation and exit notes, making sure information is clear, accessible, and ready for future use.
Depending on your interests and background, you may also participate in project reporting, scheduling, and supporting project managers in customer communication and documentation tasks. This role offers a great chance to see how large-scale industrial projects are executed and to gain practical experience in a global project environment.
We offer Project handling summer trainee positions in Jyväskylä, Tampere, Raisio, and Vantaa.
What do we expect from you?
You are a university or university of applied sciences student in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, process or energy technology, chemical engineering, production economics, or industrial management. Students from business, logistics, or IT backgrounds are also welcome.
Excellent MS Office skills are essential, and familiarity with IT systems (M-Files is a plus). Experience with AI tools is considered an advantage. You are organized, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team. Good communication skills and fluency in English are required.
