Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Florissant, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 8426 North Lindbergh Blvd. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our dedicated staff.

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery as needed
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Food handler's certification (Preferred)
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
