Great food always has a history. Ours began in 1943 when, at the age of 9, Jim Demos began working with his father Pete in their small, family owned restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Greek immigrant family, the Demos knew the important of offering exceptional food with authentic ingredients at quality prices. Because of our strong belief that many people enjoy eating in restaurants that offer memorable dishes at a good honest value, we have spent many years developing and collecting authentic recipes from our family, many parts of the country and overseas. About the Role

Description

Demos' is now hiring servers to be part of our family. We will train you to be part of our award winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through increase tips.


Responsibilities

  • We want to WOW our customers by doing more than being an order taker
  • Coachable attitude
  • Know our menu to help our customers
  • We serve with a team buddy system
  • Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
  • Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
  • Must have the ability to handle high volume work
