The Original Mast Store was opened in 1883 and carried everything from cradles to caskets. Called a destination by travel journalist Charles Kuralt, the Mast Store is known for its wide collection of goods – something for everyone from one to 101. All locations are in rehabilitated buildings along revitalizing main streets in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. The merchandise includes traditional fashions, comfortable footwear, outdoor and travel gear, country gourmet foods, toys powered by imagination, and over 500 old-fashioned candies. The goal for employees at the Mast Store is to provide quality goods at fair prices with old-fashioned, friendly service. In addition to physical locations, the Mast Store has an online store where guests can wander virtual aisles filled with the same goods. Requirements

Applicants must be outgoing, energetic and have good communication skills. Previous retail experience preferred. Open availability is required.
