About the Role

A large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care Physician to join our Daytona Beach facility in Volusia County!


This outpatient-only opportunity offers flexible office hours, a light call schedule (1 in 4, telephone-only), and the support of a fully integrated, multi-specialty team.


Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient Only – No inpatient responsibilities.
  • Flexible Work Schedule – 40-hour workweek with customizable hours.
  • Limited Call – 1 in 4 rotation, low volume, telephone-only.
  • Collaborative Environment – Work alongside specialists in Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and more.
  • Onsite Resources – Facility includes X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy for comprehensive patient care.

    • Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary – $250,000 - $300,000, plus annual bonus opportunities.

    • Qualifications:
