About This Role:

The Scheduling Specialist’s main duty is to assist with scheduling required home visits on behalf of families who are receiving PCA services. The Scheduling Specialist will follow program guidelines, maintain professionalism when corresponding with clients, and assist the program with any administrative duties as they are assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-year experience or more working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Experience working with Waivered Services and or PCA is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Maintain positive communication with Families, and Coworkers.
  • Advanced communication skills both written and oral; Spanish language fluency is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in an office environment, independently and as a team member.
  • Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in data entry/typing skills.
