About the Role

Nel ruolo di Assistant Shop Manager in un’azienda di lusso, il tuo obiettivo sarà motivare il team e offrire a ogni singolo cliente un’esperienza di acquisto coinvolgente. Inoltre, sarai il secondo Leader dello store, pronto a sostituire lo Shop Manager e a metterti alla guida quando serve. Questo, fra le varie attività, vorrà dire:
- essere un modello di riferimento per il team, un vero e proprio brand ambassador di Rituals;
- aiutare lo Shop Manager a creare una cultura basata sulla fiducia e sul feedback costruttivo;
- supportare lo Shop Manager nelle attività operative quotidiane come vendita, customer service, inventari e gestione della merce;
- selezionare, assumere e trattenere le persone più talentuose per creare un team competente e inclusivo per il tuo store;
- formare i membri del tuo team per favorire la loro partecipazione e lo sviluppo completo del loro potenziale.
Qualifiche
Rituals è l’azienda che fa per te se sei una persona energica, con un ottimo standing e con uno spiccato orientamento al cliente. In particolare, le qualità richieste sono:
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza pertinente come team leader nel settore retail;
- abilità di gestione del personale;
- esperienza nel trasmettere le tue conoscenze per guidare lo sviluppo e favorire la crescita altrui, lavorando quotidianamente sulle aree di miglioramento;
- capacità decisionali e di problem solving;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese.
