About the Role

Nel ruolo di Shop Manager in un’azienda di lusso, dovrai combinare il tuo talento commerciale con le tue spiccate capacità di leadership per gestire una boutique di successo. Ispira il tuo team e guidalo sia nel garantire esperienze eccezionali per i clienti che verso grandi risultati di vendita. Questo, fra le varie attività, vorrà dire:
- favorire il benessere e la partecipazione attiva dei dipendenti con incontri individuali, creando una connessione autentica con tutto il tuo team;
- collaborare con l’Area Manager per definire gli obiettivi quotidiani e le azioni da intraprendere per aumentare le vendite e soddisfare i KPI;
- pianificare le programmazioni mensili in base agli obiettivi di produttività;
- garantire una gestione ineccepibile del negozio, gestendo il P&L della boutique;
- gestire l’inventario e le operazioni quotidiane, incluso l’ordine e la pulizia.
Qualifiche
Rituals è l’azienda che fa per te se sei una persona energica, con un ottimo standing e con uno spiccato orientamento al cliente. In particolare, le qualità richieste sono:
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza pertinente come team leader nel settore retail;
- abilità e esperienza nella gestione del personale;
- tensione continua al risultato e al raggiungimento dei KPI;
- capacità decisionali e di problem solving;
- conoscenza della lingua inglese.
