Requirements

  • Must be available in the evenings
  • Able to communicate positively, verbally and in an articulate manner
  • Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
  • A willingness to learn and grow
  • 1+ years of line cook experience a plus but we will invest in your training and growth!
  • Ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Multitasking skills, Good Knife Skills
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
  • Reliable transportation to work

Position Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining food quality & guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards while cleaning, receiving, prepping, and stocking product before, after and during service. This team member has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices according to restaurant standards and the Health Code. The team member interacts with guests and fellow team members in a positive manner always and by assisting them promptly, utilizing a hospitality approach with all communication.
