You will be responsible for:

We are looking for a forward-thinking and execution-focused Senior Manager – Incubation to lead the end-to-end transitions of diverse business functions into our Shared Services organization. This role acts as a strategic enabler and operational anchor, ensuring successful transition, value realization, and long-term sustainability of services migrated from any BU/BP.

You will be responsible for building structure around transitions, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring new services are not only landed well but set-up for success. The ideal candidate brings a solid stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset, exceptional coordination skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end service transitions from global stakeholder teams to Shared Services, ensuring smooth handovers through effective planning, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Partner with business leaders to define value levers—cost savings, efficiency, quality, and scalability—and develop business cases, capability roadmaps, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) that align strategy with execution.

  • Act as the single point of contact throughout transition phases, overseeing timelines, resource needs, KPIs, and operational stabilization post-transition.

  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, standardizing best practices, and updating the Incubation Playbook to strengthen future transitions.

  • Collaborate with global leaders, enabling functions, and delivery teams to resolve issues, refine workflows, support audits and compliance, and enhance overall service performance.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and scalability to deliver sustainable value and optimize Shared Services operations.

  • Develops business cases, capability roadmaps, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to align strategic objectives with execution plans.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for transition management, overseeing planning, knowledge transfer, KPI tracking, and smooth operational handovers.
  • Collaborate with global leaders and delivery teams to resolve issues, refine workflows, and drive operational excellence.
  • Champions continuous improvement by standardizing best practices, enabling automation, maintaining the Incubation Playbook, and embedding lessons learned into future transitions.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Operations, or IT preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of Experience in Shared Services, Transition Management or Operations Enablement
  • Proven track record in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution
  • Experience in building new teams, setting up governance, and stabilizing operations post-transition
  • Understanding of knowledge management, change management, and basic process improvement tools (Lean, RCA, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in resolving blockers
