Duties :

• The applicant shall conduct follow-up and outreach activities (phone calls, emails, outreach), to encourage individual students in meeting their educational objectives.
• The applicant shall prepare all necessary correspondence and forms while maintaining related records and logs required to support all aspects of job tasks.  
• The applicant shall conduct goal analysis and log all counseling sessions and keep a record.
• The applicant shall prepare and conduct briefings as required.
• The applicant shall update student resources to ensure compliance with current directives, guidance and policy.  
• The applicant shall sort and disseminate graduate certificates for each graduation.  

Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.  

Education/ Experience:

• The Applicant must possess at least an associate degree from a college or university accredited by an accreditation organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education.  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint).
