About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing new bio-macromolecule drug R&D projects and able to independently design, organize and conduct pharmaceutical and non-clinical research work on bio-macromolecule drugs;
2. Responsible for the progress and quality of projects, propose adjustments promptly, ensure that the project is completed on time with quality, and be responsible for the patent application of project results and supporting literature publication;
Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree in pharmacy, biochemistry, molecular biology and other related majors, with experience in research of macromolecular drugs (metabolic disease field) or antibodies preferred;
2. Experience in completing commercial projects preferred;
3. Understand the drug R&D process and have the market vision;
4. Have strong communication skills, innovative and dedicated spirit, strong sense of responsibility, mission and teamwork spirit.
