About the Role

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and managing existing accounts. You will leverage your skills in business development and customer service to analyze market trends and develop strategies that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands network technology, had worked in a restaurant, and has a passion for building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Utilize Hubspot software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition of leads and customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.

Experience

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong concept knowledge of IT networking.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Aggressive at targeting new opportunities.
  • Experience in hospitality sales or inside sales is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Requirements

1- Proven record of success in developing business relationships in the hospitality space.

2- Ability to cold call and perform onsite visits to prospects.

3- Knowledge of the restaurant industry

4- Knowledge of various technologies such as networking and cloud service

5- Strong work ethic

6- Out of the box thinker

7- Very organized
