Description

Sharpe BMW, a dealership of premium brands - BMW/MINI has an immediate opening for a dynamic team member to play a key role within our Service Department! We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor. This is a full-time position with weekly and monthly bonuses that is responsible for helping to grow the Sharpe brand.

The right person can expect to earn well above average wages and work in an employee friendly environment. This position has a high earning potential. Qualified candidates with prior experience can expect first year earnings to $85k.


The Service Advisors are responsible for greeting and assisting clients over the phone and on computer promptly and courteously, obtaining client and vehicle information.


Scheduling vehicles for service, ordering parts, answering any questions guests may have about services provided, writing up repair orders and calls to clients to follow up on their services. Strong use of computers and multitasking in a very fast-paced environment is a must and excellent customer service, and phone skills are required.
