We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems Manage User Acceptance testing for projects, change requests and Operation and Maintenance task ensuring thorough execution and documentation in line with internal procedures Oversee defect mitigation processes by ensuring accurate logging of defects, coordinating correction and resolution efforts, and securing proper sign-off for defect closure Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions Ensure all activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with project timelines To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of total work experience preferred Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred Excellent writing, listening and communication and project management skills preferred Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards: America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
