As we continue to grow our footprint and expand our education portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic Broker Education Partnerships Manager to drive strategic alliances, enhance program quality, and champion the Brokerversity experience nationally.
About the Role
The Broker Education Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding, strengthening, and diversifying Brokerversity’s and LMG’s education offering. This is a strategic, relationship-led position that combines business development, partnership management, program governance, and student engagement.
You will work closely with universities, TAFEs, Registered Training Organisations (RTO), and third-party learning partners to grow our qualification programs and create new learning pathways that support brokers’ long-term professional development.
You will work closely with the LMG network to promote and discuss the full range of educational offerings available through Brokerversity. This includes proactively engaging with brokers, BDMs, and internal stakeholders to understand their training needs, provide tailored guidance, and ensure they are aware of relevant learning pathways. You will also be responsible for managing all education-related enquiries from initial questions through to ongoing support ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and aligned with Brokerversity’s training standards.
In this role, you will be trusted to bring in new opportunities, generate revenue through qualification and program growth, maintain high standards of educational content, and ensure that students and partners have an outstanding experience across all interactions with Brokerversity and LMG.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development & Strategic Growth
- Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with universities, TAFEs, RTO, and education providers across Australia including industry bodies
- Develop and negotiate strategic education partnerships that can deliver bespoke training programs aligned with industry needs, regulatory requirements, and LMG’s broader strategic objectives.
- Lead efforts to expand Brokerversity’s presence in higher education and vocational learning sectors
- Lead the re-development of RTO partnership within Brokerversity
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that strengthen our training offering, expand our reach, and support long-term revenue growth. This includes building partnerships beyond the mortgage and finance industry to diversify Brokerversity’s programs and learning content.
- Develop commercial proposals and partnership agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
2. Qualification Program Management
- Oversee the delivery and performance of the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Ensure all qualification materials remain accurate, compliant, and aligned to VET training package requirements.
- Work closely with RTO partner to review and update course content, assessments, and learning outcomes.
- Monitor student feedback, progression, satisfaction, and completion rates to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor reporting for analytics and budget purposes
- Maintain a strong governance framework over qualification content and partner performance.
3. Revenue, Outreach & Engagement
- Develop and execute strategies to uplift enrolments and expand student pathways into our qualification programs.
- Identify prospective clients, groups, and organisations through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Deliver presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations that clearly articulate Brokerversity’s value proposition.
- Support the commercial growth of Brokerversity by championing education as a key driver of broker development and industry excellence.
4. Learning & Development Expansion
- Identify education gaps, emerging needs, and new learning opportunities across the LMG network and industry.
- Identify opportunities for new programs, micro-courses, workshops, and industry collaborations to expand Brokerversity’s learning ecosystem.
- Engage industry specialists and education partners to deliver high-value learning experiences.
- Ensure all learning opportunities align with Brokerversity’s mission to deliver practical, industry-relevant development pathways.
5. Student Liaison, Support & Experience
- Act as the central point of contact between Brokerversity, RTO partner and enrolled students.
- Capture, measure, and report on student feedback, NPS, satisfaction indicators, and support needs
- Resolve escalations, enquiries, and support requests promptly and professionally.
- Advocate for the student experience in all partnership and internal discussions.
6. Events, Webinars & Industry Representation
- Plan, coordinate, and host regular information sessions, webinars, and group presentations (virtual and in-person).
- Prepare event calendars a minimum of 3 to 6 months in advance to support marketing and operational coordination.
- Build visibility, credibility, and awareness of Brokerversity’s education pathways within the broader industry.
