Focused on manufacturing and distributing a diverse line of Beverages used in the Food Service Industry, we serve up Juices, Drinks, Carbonated Beverages, Specialty Waters, Thickened Waters, and Liquid Roast Coffee. In addition to manufacturing Beverages, the company also supplies, designs, installs, and services fountain and beer dispensing equipment, creating a wide range of sales opportunities for our territory reps.
About the Role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, entering and dispatching service calls to our technicians, scheduling installations, processing payments, and performing data entry.


Our Customer Service Reps are the backbone of the company and are key to keeping our customers happy. This is a fast-paced position that involves answering high volume calls, entering, and dispatching service calls to our technicians. In addition to scheduling installations, processing payments, performing data entry (such as inventory data input), additional duties may be assigned.

Do you have this availability?

  • Monday through Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) (In office)
  • 2 to 3 hour rotating weekend schedule (Not In Office)
