Rate of Pay: $19.54 - $24.43 per hour depending on experience.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform post-closing documentation and core review and exception tracking on consumer loans.
  2. Perform general (Consumer & Residential) LS duties forwarded via eRequests (ACH origination; Skip A Pay Set-up; Sub Action’s; Payoff Letters as well as payment reversal and/or payment postings.)
  3. Perform daily/weekly/monthly file submissions to vendors and or internal departments.
  4. Distribute and send all LS mail.
  5. Provide Backup support for Preparing and processing a Discharge of Mortgage.
  6. Provide backup support for E-recording and monitoring of discharges sent to counties and maintain tracking log.
  7. Provide backup for EOD FICS Payments.
  8. Assist in the process of discharging of auto filings and lien releases.
  9. Processing end of day checks.
  10. Consistently review and recommend changes to improve workflow, efficiencies and quality within the loan servicing department and other departments of HFCU.
  11. Rotating coverage of late nights on Fridays
  12. Rotating coverage of partial working day on Saturdays
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

Performance is measured against the goals as outlined by the position established by the supervisor.

Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or similar work experience.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: This position requires that the employee gain a working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and how they will affect their work. The employee will comply with all requirements of the BSA and cooperate with the designated BSA Officer in assuring compliance.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Microsoft Office product suite.


SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to project a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Bilingual a plus.
