Category manager(Grade 22 or 23)는 카테고리의 브랜드/셀러 소싱 및 브랜드/셀러 매출 증진을 위한 전략 수립 뿐만 아니라 이커머스 비즈니스의 end-to-end 를 리드합니다.
월별/ 분기별 프로모션에 따른 유관 팀과의 커뮤니케이션을 진행합니다.

주요 셀러와의 파트너십 강화, 잠재력 있는 신규 브랜드사 , 브랜드/셀러 발굴을 통한 시장 경쟁력 강화
브랜드 소통 및 유관 프로모션 기획
시즌별/분기별 프로모션 기획 및 유관 부서와의 커뮤니케이션
해당 스케쥴을 고려한 셀렉션 확대 및 타겟 고객을 위한 내/외부 노출 극대화
•주별/월별/분기별 카테고리 리뷰 및 매출 확대를 위한 팀빌딩 및 커뮤니케이션 (20%)

자격 요건

• 일본 거주 일본어/중국어 능통자
• 이커머스 또는 브랜드가/셀러  온라인채널에서 카테고리 매니저 또는 MD 운영경험
• 브랜드사와의 지속적인 파트너십을 통해 프로모션 등 카테고리 확장 경험 보유
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 바탕으로 내부 팀 및 파트너사와의 협업 경험
• PPT, 엑셀 등의 오피스툴 능숙하고, 프리젠테이션 역량 보유

必須経験

•  日本在住で日本語/中国語にネイティブ
•  国内ECサイトまたはブランドメーカーのオンラインチャネルにおけるカテゴリーマネージャーまたはMDの運営経験
•  新規ブランドの発掘からインパクトのある成長を導いた経験
•  ブランド社との持続的なパートナーシップを通じたプロモーションなどカテゴリー拡張の経験を有すること
•  円滑なコミュニケーション能力を基に、内部チーム及びパートナー社との協業経験

Job Description

The Category Manager (Grade 22 or 23) leads the end-to-end e-commerce business, establishing strategies for sourcing brands/sellers within the category and driving brand/seller sales growth.
They coordinate with relevant teams for monthly/quarterly promotions.

Responsibilities

• Sales outreach for new brand/seller onboarding, sales promotion, and product sourcing planning (20%)
Category/brand/seller growth strategy development and sales support (50%)
Overall operation and management of category sales/profit/key brand onboarding, selection expansion
Strengthening partnerships with key sellers, enhancing market competitiveness through discovery of promising new brands and sellers
Brand communication and related promotion planning
Seasonal/quarterly promotion planning and communication with relevant departments
Expand selection considering schedules and maximize internal/external exposure for target customers
Weekly/monthly/quarterly category reviews and team building/communication for sales expansion (20%)

• Support category/brand/seller performance analysis and management (10%)

Qualifications

• Japanese resident fluent in Japanese/Chinese
• Experience as a Category Manager or MD in e-commerce or brand/seller online channels
• Experience expanding categories through promotions via sustained partnerships with brands
• Collaboration experience with internal teams and partners based on strong communication skills
• Proficient in Office tools (PPT, Excel, etc.) and possesses presentation skills
