Job Description
The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining organized records while supporting management and staff.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Prepare, format, and file correspondence, reports, and documents
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
Draft letters, memos, and official communications
Coordinate internal and external communications
Assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes
Handle confidential information with discretion
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support management with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Additional Information
- Good spoken English
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
