Role Summary
As part of the Global Operations Strategy and Optimization team, this role drives training and development initiatives across the organization by managing vendor relationships, coordinating programs, and supporting employee engagement through committee work and events. Responsibilities include partnering cross-functionally to launch training programs, analyzing data to measure impact and identify improvements, and contributing to internal communications that promote learning and development success.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Partner with Global Operations leadership to support strategic employee experience programs
- Assist with planning and delivering strategic projects for internal partners
- Own the quality, accuracy, and overall management of training and development repository and curated catalog for Global Operations
- Support the implementation of an employee change management framework for the Global Operations organization.
- Including the execution of impact assessments, the development of change plans, creation of training and communication materials, and confirmation of leadership alignment per employee function
- Identify and track KPIs for measuring employee experience improvement initiatives and change management effectiveness for strategic programs, gather learnings from initial change plan executions, and adjust or update framework to support ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of work experience in communications and/or program management support
- Experience with measuring program/campaign performance and delivering performance insights
- Strong technical skills; including experience with email analytics platforms, intranet management, video editing software and analyzing CRM data
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
- Ability to communicate highly complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to effectively communicate and present findings to leadership and peers
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to partner and earn the trust of constituents
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, high throughput environment
- Bachelors Degree
