The Hoxton Rome is our tenth Hoxton Hotel and boasts 192 rooms suited to any type of stay. Come and enjoy our delicious pastries and coffee at our Cugino Bar, where you can relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere.

The Apartment, as we call it locally, is our unique meeting & events space concept. It consists of 5 interconnecting rooms with our kitchen area, and all its spaces follow a unique and welcoming style!

We are currently looking for an Cluster Sales Manager to join our Rome Sales Team! 

You will be a key figure within our growing sales team, with strategic responsibility on the cluster. If you have a strong relationship aptitude and want to actively contribute to business development, this role represents an ideal opportunity for your next career step.

Qualifiche

What are we looking for…

  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a Sales role in Rome or Italy;
     
  • Experience working with the Italian market. Preferably in the squares of Rome and Florence;
     
  • Mastery of English and any other language is an advantage, but not essential;
     
  • You are dynamic and great at growing and cultivating lasting relationships;
     
  • You are a proactive and experienced person, with great enthusiasm and self-motivation;
     
  • You are able to work efficiently and effectively in a rapidly growing environment that relies in many ways on being flexible and moving quickly;
     
  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.

What you’ll do….

  • Working closely with our Cluster Director of Sales, you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs.
     
  • Responsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Rome from both global and local accounts in line with the hotel’s strategies and budgets.
     
  • Generate new business through market research and liaising closely with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team.
     
  • We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
     
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.
     
  • Responsible for ensuring Agency 360 reports are utilised to review market penetration, grow market share from account base and look for new business opportunities.
     
  • Ensure rate loading accuracy across account base and that rates are loaded and bookable by given deadlines.
     
  • Organise show rounds, HOX sleepovers, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to maximise The Hoxton’s exposure amongst key decision makers.
     
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
