Summary:The Manager, Business Development will be responsible to manage and build strong relationships with our existing OEM partners leading to expansion of growth opportunities. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new OEM partner relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assumes full responsibility to manage specific OEM partner accounts
- Ensures OEM partner agreement/contract compliance and deliverables are achieved
- Conducts Program Management Reviews (PMR) required in contract
- Negotiate Agreements including renewals and expansions
- Creates annual OEM budget based on agreement, historical sales and market condition
- Establishes prosperous long-term relationships with assigned OEM partners
- Handles OEM partner questions, resolve issues/problems
- Create presentations; prepare executive brief, PowerPoint templates, etc.
- Meet or exceed prescribed KPI targets
- Identifies revenue growth opportunities within OEM partner agreement and create Salesforce campaigns
- Recognize improvement opportunities; execute improvement plan and follows
- Support Sales Team and Business Development
- Travel requirements: Approximately 30% or as required

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years in business, or equivalent business development experience
· Desired background in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service· Aerospace/military aviation/maintenance experience is a plus
· Past experience working for an OEM is preferred
Technical Skills:
· Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook email and calendar required
· Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
· ERP system experience required; Quantum experience ideal
· SalesForce experience a plus
Language Skills
- Fluent in English
- Foreign Language skills desirable
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers
Mathematical Skills· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division· Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
