Job Description

MISSION :

  • To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
  • To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis.
  • To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors.
  • To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors.
  • To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL).
  • To support in validating the consumption report.
  • To provide continues support for client when required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • To support order processing function on daily basis and ensure customer's orders are handled correctly and on a timely basis.
  • To support and receiving the reports from IP on timely basis
  • To support and delivering the reports without delay to the customers without errors
  •  To support and provide Customer Service (Query Response) on timely basis without any delays and errors
  • To support and getting a quick response from IP on remainders/cancellation request and speed change request (via COFITIL)
  • To support in validating the consumption report
  • To provide continues support for client when required
  • To provide back-up support to other team members during their leaves
  • To handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma/ University graduate in Business studies or related disciplines

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0 -1 years working experience in back office service center, business information industry or banking industry
