Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle HR tickets and complex customer requests using workflow management tools
- Maintain HR data accuracy, including salary information, and monitor order completion
- Prepare and maintain standard HR documents (contracts, correspondence, certificates)
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, including those from health insurers and authorities
- Support transaction processes and resourcing tasks in related HR areas
- Develop and maintain process documentation and FAQs
- Report and collaborate on IT incidents and process issues
- Support Product Management in enhancing HR service quality and customer experience
- Collaborate with other departments and provide guidance to junior colleagues
- Continuously suggest improvements for processes, procedures, and technologies
- Ensure timely completion of personal tasks and take on additional assignments as needed
