Job Summary
The Revenue Lead oversees daily Food & Beverage and Retail operations, ensuring efficient service, operational consistency, and high-quality guest experience. This role supervises team members, supports training and scheduling, and ensures compliance with food safety, cash handling, and operational standards. The Revenue Lead actively assists in food service and retail functions while monitoring inventory, sales performance, and guest flow. This position serves as a key point of contact for issue resolution and coordination with leadership to support revenue goals.
Essential Functions
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage and Retail operations to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience
- Lead, supervise, and support team members, including on-the-job training and performance feedback
- Actively support front-line operations by assisting with food service, beverage service, and retail sales as needed
- Maintain communication with management to inform them of potential situations that may have an effect on the park in general.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service (if applicable), cash handling, and safety policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking, and product rotation to minimize waste and shortages.
- Must be able to work in fast paced conditions at times.
- Operate and oversee point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting
- Ensure that all open and close Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
- Responsible for making sure Health and Safety guidelines are met and followed.
- Ability to respond quickly under high stress and emergency situations.
- Create and foster an atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality in the park office to ensure an enjoyable experience for staff and guests.
- Cultivate staff morale by monitoring team dynamics and individual needs.

Requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, retail, or hospitality required; lead or supervisory experience preferred
- High school student/ High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Self – driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and support a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with special needs individuals in a learning environment.
- Available any day of week, specifically weekends
- Must be able to work during the holiday seasons.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more
