Recruiter

Overview:
We are seeking a recruiter who will work very collaboratively with our client to attract top tier talent for their open positions. This recruiter will be well versed and experienced recruiting within the finance industry. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving on the hunt to identify candidates for hard to fill positions.
Location: Hybrid position within Milwaukee, WI. Recruiter must be available to travel into the client’s office for meetings as needed. The rest of responsibilities can be completed remotely.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This is an hourly position and short-term project assignment expected to be 6 months in duration.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
- Work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings, and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process.
- Interpret and present market data to help hiring managers make informed decisions on recruitment strategies.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
- Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
- Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must reside within the Milwaukee area and have the ability to attend meetings within the client’s office as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the finance industry required.
- International recruiting experience required. Preferably UK/France.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing.
- Proven success achieving recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with top-level executives, understand complex business needs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $23.00 and $32.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
