Tirado-Luciano & Tirado, P.A. is seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and contribute to the daily operations of a busy litigation and transactional law practice in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who manages complex calendars, prepares legal documents, coordinates communication with clients and courts, and uses legal technology tools to ensure smooth case progress. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of client service and firm organization.
Responsibilities- Manage attorney calendars including court dates, client meetings, and deadlines
- Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and filings
- Coordinate client communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize case files, both electronically and in paper format
- Assist with document production, discovery tracking, and trial preparation
- Work with case management software and electronic filing systems
- Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors
- Perform administrative tasks such as intake processing, scheduling, and office support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of legal assistant experience, preferably in a litigation environment
- Strong proficiency with legal software and technology including case management systems, e-filing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality
- Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology is a plus
