Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for large-scale semiconductor projects. This role requires deep technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:

  • Provide overall leadership for CSA construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop and implement construction execution strategies and resource plans.
  • Drive decision-making and resolve critical issues to maintain project momentum.

Construction Oversight & Quality Assurance:

  • Supervise all CSA works to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Implement robust quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Cost & Schedule Control:

  • Monitor project budgets and CSA-related costs, ensuring financial discipline.
  • Track progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
  • Support integration of CSA schedules with overall project timelines using tools like Primavera P6.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CSA scope with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Team Development & Mentorship:

  • Lead and mentor CSA construction teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide training or guidance to enhance team capabilities.
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in CSA construction management.
  • At least 8 years in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facility projects.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high-tech/semiconductor facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and international standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleanroom construction and high-precision structural works.
  • Familiarity with advanced project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management and cost control.
