A highly reputable organization in Jordan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team on a full-time, 3-month contractual basis starting February 1st, 2026. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, professional, and able to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company guidelines and service standards at all times
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work full-time for the full 3-month duration
- Full-time employment for 3 months
